We provide corporate and administrative services to our affiliated operations, and we invest our own capital as principals. We hold our investments directly. We do not manage outside money, and we are not open to outside investment.

Two lines of work
On the services side, we centralize the corporate and administrative functions of our affiliated operations so that each business can attend to its own work. On the investment side, we act as principals. We commit our own capital, on our own judgment, without a fund structure or outside investors. Nothing obliges us to deploy on a schedule or to sell on one. We hold our investments directly and expect to hold them for a long time.
